Every integration is unique, and we strive to provide support tailored specifically to your needs. Whether it’s product synchronization, balance updates, order processing, or customer data transfer, we want to make your experience as seamless as possible.
We’ve compiled a list of the most common reasons why data might not have been transferred. By browsing through these tips, you may find the information you’re looking for quickly and easily.

Orders
The order has not been transferred in the integration
Checklist
Make sure that...
- the order has been set to the status in the online store that triggers the integration
(If you’re not sure what status it should be, check the document you received after implementation. If you don’t have this document, contact support.)
- the order isn’t too old
(For example, if an order was placed a month ago but was only recently set to the status required for transfer via the integration, and, for instance, Netvisor has already locked last month’s accounting period, the order has been transferred but has encountered an error in the Netvisor API)
Incorrect e-invoicing information for the order
The order includes returns or refunds
The integration does not support processing by default in situations where an order includes returns or credits, or where the products in the order have been modified after the fact.
- The order must be exported manually to the target system.
The order is missing a country code
The country code is missing from the order.
- Manually create a new order in the target system.
Incorrect VAT number on the order
Fiscal Year Locked by Order
Orders will not be transferred because the season is locked.
- Check the order and, if necessary, manually edit the information in the target system.
The order is missing a payment method
This payment method must be added to Netvisor using the notation shown in parentheses, without quotation marks, so that payments for these orders can be processed automatically in the future. In Netvisor, go to Sales > Settings > Basic Information and Settings > Sales Basic Information > Payment Method Management > Add New Payment Method.
You will need to manually transfer the payment for this order to Netvisor.
Incorrect tax information for the order
If the tax information for an order is incorrect, the order details must be corrected, and the order must be manually transferred to the target system.
Products
The product has not been transferred during integration / The product is not updating / The new product is not being transferred
1. Make sure that the terms agreed upon during the integration implementation are met, e.g., product category
The product has a duplicate product ID
When updating products in the online store, we receive the following error messages from the API: Duplicate product ID/SKU or invalid product ID/SKU.
This means that these SKUs are associated with more than one product, which causes issues with product inventory and stock levels. Please check the codes in the online store.
This may also be caused by product linking if multiple language versions are in use. Unfortunately, we cannot see this in more detail via the API.
If nothing else works, you can try removing the product from the online store and letting the integration recreate it by editing the product in the source system.
Inventory management enabled for this product
Take the following steps:
- In MyCashflow, disable inventory tracking for the main product
- Then edit the variation in Tehden and wait until the integration has updated the product (max 15 min)
- After that, you can re-enable inventory tracking for the main product
The product's barcode is not unique
The product code is not unique
- each product code is unique in the online store and in Netvisor
- the variation structure matches for this product (it is the same in the online store and in Netvisor)
If changes need to be made to products, please remember to first update the information in the online store and then in Netvisor, if necessary.
The product image is too large
We'll get an error message if a product image exceeds MyCashflow's maximum file size limit (5 MB).
- The image must be compressed so that the file size is less than 5 MB.
Balances
Balances have not been transferred during the integration
BALANCES
Balances havenot been transferred during integration
Checklist
-
Make sure there are no duplicate product codes in either the source or target system
-
Do the product codes match in the source and target systems?
-
Is product-specific inventory management enabled in the online store?

If a transaction cannot be allocated, it remains on the “Unallocated Sales Transactions” list, from which it must be allocated manually.
