What factors determine the cost of integration?
Six factors influence which package is right for you and how much the integration will cost.

Volume of data flows
Are only orders being transferred, or also products, account balances, customers, and payments?

Bidirectionality
Unidirectional transfer (orders to accounting) is less resource-intensive than bidirectional synchronization.

Order Volumes
The number of data transfers per month determines whether the Basic plan is sufficient or if you need the Business or Enterprise plan.

Standard integration is the fastest. Business-specific logic requires additional planning.

How much does integration cost?
Flashnode integrations start at 59 €/month (MyFlashnode self-service automation). The Basic integration starts at 79 €/month, the Business integration at 219 €/month, and the Enterprise integration at 399 €/month. In addition, there is a one-time setup fee for the integration.
How much does implementation cost, and what does it include?
Implementation is a one-time project that includes specification, testing, deployment to production, and documentation. It starts at €300. You can implement MyFlashnode yourself without an implementation fee.
What's included in the monthly price?
The monthly price includes everything needed for the integration to run smoothly, so you don't have to worry about the technical side of things:
- Customer service in Finnish and English on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. by phone and email.
- Data traffic monitoring: we ensure that data flows between systems as it should.
- Error monitoring and notification: if something goes wrong, we’ll notice it and let you know.
- API updates: We keep the integration up and running when the connected software applications update their APIs. Building new APIs is not included in the price.
- Servers and security: We manage and maintain the data transfer servers and handle their security updates.
- Readiness for Customization: If you need something specific for your integration, we’ll make it happen. The costs of customization are always agreed upon separately.
